Your User Profile

You can manage you own user profile by navigating to Settings > My Profile.

Click Settings on the bottom left of any Distil view, and then select My Profile from the top menu bar.

Here you can update your first and last name, change your password and select an Alert Level.

Note that you can't change your email address, as this is the unique identifier for your Distil User account. If you need to change your email address then please get in touch and we will assist.

Change Password

To change your password, click on the Change Password button and then follow the prompts. 

Make sure that your new password meets the Distil password requirements:

• One lowercase character
• One uppercase character
• One number
• No spaces
• 8 characters minimum

Alert Levels

The Alert Level setting controls the notifications that you will receive if there is a problem with any data sync activity, including Database Sync, Integration sync and pushing of data to a Destination. You will receive these notifications via email. The default setting is None.

The options are:

• All (Success, Warnings & Errors)
• Warnings & Errors
• Errors
• None
